Returns

If the products you receive do not meet your needs or you simply change your mind, you may return them for a full refund or exchange.

• Bespoke units and carcasses cannot be returned for a refund due to custimised sizes.
• Unwanted units and carcasses can be returned for store credit.
• Sheets can be returned if unwanted providing they are in their original condition for a full refund.

Damaged Goods

We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and, where possible, refusing delivery if the goods show visible damage.

• Damage, loss or missing items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.
• We will replace, credit, or refund items that are damaged.

Wrong Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
