Custom size units cannot be refunded due to the bespoke nature of the products; returns may be given in exchange for store credit.
We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and, where possible, refusing delivery if the goods show visible damage.
Damage, loss or missing items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.
