Standard Delivery
We offer reliable nationwide delivery across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
- Delivery from €5 on standard items.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with delivery typically within 2–5 working days.
- If there is any issue with stock, size, or colour, our team will contact you by phone or email.
Bulk & Heavy Items
Items marked as Bulky or Heavy require special handling and pallet delivery.
- Bulk/Heavy delivery charges range from €30 to €75, depending on size, weight, and destination.
- These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Returns & warranty
At Alcorra Trade, we aim to supply high-quality products at exceptional value, tailored to your requirements. We understand that, on occasion, you may need to return or exchange an item. For your convenience, please retain all order confirmation emails and your invoice as proof of purchase.
Unwanted Goods
If the products you receive do not meet your needs or you simply change your mind, you may return them for a full refund or exchange.
- Returns for unwanted goods must be made at the customer’s own cost.
- All items must be handled with reasonable care and returned unused, unopened, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.
- You must provide written confirmation (email is acceptable) within 14 days of receiving the goods. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
- Any free gifts or promotional items included with your order must also be returned.
- Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation.
Damaged Goods
We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and, where possible, refusing delivery if the goods show visible damage.
- Damage, loss or missing items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence.
- If items were damaged in transit, they must be reported within the 48-hour window so that we can submit a courier claim.
- Some products may arrive with minor scuffs or imperfections from the manufacturer. If these do not affect functionality, they will not be considered damaged. However, they may be returned under our unwanted goods policy at the customer’s cost.
Faulty Goods
If a product develops a fault:
- You have up to 30 days from receipt to notify us in writing.
- Please include a description of the fault and, where possible, photographs or supporting evidence.
- We will advise on the next steps once your claim is reviewed.
Wrong Items Received
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Disputes
Should you wish to raise a dispute, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the matter through our internal process.
If your purchase was made online and you remain unsatisfied following our informal resolution, you may refer your case to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution Centre:

Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. During this time, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
This does not apply to products made to your specific requirements.
To cancel your order:
- Email or write to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
